Volunteer program

EnviroOne has instituted a sound volunteer program for all its projects and programs. Students can also volunteer as interns. Each volunteer has an opportunity to become a paid EnviroOne Ambassador that will make use of the skills acquired in the volunteer program.

The selected volunteers will play very active roles in setting project goals and implementation, procedures and timelines.
Increased commitment and accomplishments are rewarded with increased recognition and responsibilities.

Internship

An internship with EnviroOne will get you hands-on work experience with a wide range of people, programs, and responsibilities that will ready you for future jobs.

Our internship program leaves room for creativity and great opportunities for research with our partner universities.

You will be assigned a variety of tasks and projects depending on your area of expertise and interest.
Currently, volunteers are needed in the areas of:

  • Marketing;

  • Fundraising;

  • Web development;

  • Media and communication;

  • IT/management information systems; and

  • EnviroOne projects (agriculture, clean water, micro-finance, education).

Interns will work alongside with project managers and Ambassadors who will mentor them.

Ambassador

The EnviroOne Ambassador program is designed to spread awareness about EnviroOne’s programs and how these programs effect positive change in the lives of the poor and disadvantaged women and children we serve.

As an ambassador, you are EnvioOne’s representative on a specific project and in some cases can act as the project manager.

EnviroOne Ambassadors can acquire new volunteers, donors, corporate partners, speakers, and sponsors for specific projects they champion or manage.

Like volunteers, EnviroOne Ambassadors are encouraged to have a web presence through which they can develop their own project(s) and rally their friends and family to support their project.

As part of our brand family representative, you will interact with fellow ambassadors working on similar projects.
